BRING YOUR CULINARY LEADERSHIP TO OUR LUXURY HOTEL

You’ll be joining a dynamic culinary team in Mayfair, where the goal is simple: elevate every dining experience. This role offers meaningful leadership, fostering a high-performing brigade that embodies excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of menus for high-end hotel dining operations
  • Support the Sous Chef in coordinating kitchens to ensure timeliness, quality, and hotel service delivery
  • Train, coach, and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
  • Create, refine, and implement culinary dishes in accordance with hotel standards
  • Collaborate with front-of-house teams and hotel management to ensure alignment between kitchen and dining experiences
  • Manage inventory, control waste, and support cost-effective procurement
  • Maintain milieu within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment

Eligibility to Work in the UK

Applicants must meet the UK’s points-based immigration criteria. Currently, those with:

  • Irish citizenship,
  • Indefinite Leave to Enter or Stay in the UK, or
  • EU/UK residents before 31 December 2020 are eligible to apply.

ETIGATION FOR THE ROLE

Education

Candidates must meet one of the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 4 years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional fields.

OR

  • A 2-year degree from an accredited institution in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related discipline plus 2 years of culinary/food experience.

Experience

A preference for candidates with prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment is ideal.
