About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Sous Chef to join our luxury hotel kitchens in the heart of Mayfair. This is an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills, elevate service excellence, and inspire high-performing kitchen teams.

- Holders of indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK

Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively under the Head Chef to prepare exceptional pastry and dessert dishes.
- Ensure adherence to 5-star hygiene and food safety standards.
- Develop and refine menus to meet guest expectations in a luxury setting.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain an immaculate kitchen environment, adhering to high-volume service demands.
Education & Experience Requirements
Option 1:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years of culinary or F&B experience
Option 2:
- 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field
- 2 years of professional experience (preferably in luxury hospitality)
