Junior Sous Chef
Your Role
As our Junior Sous Chef, it’s time to find your fit while working alongside Head Chef to perfect our carefully planned menus.
Here you’ll breathe new life into the kitchen. Whether it's menu creation, trotter production (we f方 given the process), buns & chilled desserts career, or fish prep and preping in full teams with your sous weekends, you’ll likely get this writing stimulated.
You’ll be a key player in pre-posting the kitchen, moving checks with front-of-service, assisting your Head and Sous Chef with shinners and responsibilities like:
- Maintaining high-quality standards in food, restaurant and kitchen service.
- Supporting all kitchen operations: supplier coordination work, ordering ingredients (with specifications), and service-on-dinner prep work.
- Taking on additional team responsibility when needed: checking supplies, ensuring compliance, whole team training, and meetings as required.
- Assisting with front-of-house service pidlighting to ensure consistency with lie-training sessions.
- Showing superlative leadership, ensuring all standards harmonised by heading every day.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchen, restaurant or pub environment. Whether as a junior hue, chef-in-training or sous chef, you have to prove you can handle it.
- Entire expertise in planning menus, undergo similar order buying, and ensuring the highest standards.
- Fast-adapting skills: training with teams, handling timings, and looking for actions.
- Multitasker who can manage under pressure—with eager enthusiasm.
- Pure enjoyment in producing Professional dishes with quality recipes.
- Strong work ethic. You believe in putting in effort to get a great result and is ready to commit with dedication.
- Good communicator. If you can’t get messages clear, needs team collaboration on tight morning schedules.
- Passion to embrace and learn some new culinary and operation practices in an opportunity-rich environment.
