Our client is looking to build a pool of Junior Strategy Consultants to support a variety of upcoming consulting projects across the banking, insurance, and consumer goods sectors. Consultants may be deployed across multiple engagements depending on project demand.

Location: UK / Client Sites (travel required)
Start: ASAP
Duration: 8–15 weeks (with potential extensions)
Engagement: Freelance

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy and transformation projects.
  • Conduct business analysis and research.
  • Prepare presentations and project deliverables.
  • Work closely with client teams and project stakeholders.

Professional background

  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with an MBB or Tier-1 consulting background.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, or consumer goods is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to transformation, cost optimization, or performance improvement projects is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Availability to start ASAP.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK (up to four days per week on client site).
