Junior Stylist
Junior Stylist – Superdry
About the Role
As Junior Stylist at Superdry, you’ll join the Brand Agency, supporting the styling team in delivering elevated, contemporary content across ecommerce, digital, campaign, and wholesale channels.
Reporting into the Senior Stylist, you’ll take a hands-on role, styling ecommerce shoots, preparing products for set, supporting shoot organisation, and ensuring the styling workflow runs smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong eye for fashion, great attention to detail, and a passion for developing their styling skills within a fast-paced in-house creative team.
You’ll assist the Senior Stylist in bringing Superdry’s seasonal product stories to life, ensuring every look is considered, brand-appropriate, and styled consistently across all visual content.
This role is on-site in Cheltenham, operating between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM across four days per week. Due to the nature of the work, hybrid working is not available.
Responsibilities
- Style model and still-life ecommerce shoots, ensuring products are presented in a contemporary, consistent, and brand-appropriate way.
- Style and prepare looks for AI-generated ecommerce imagery, ensuring outfits, product combinations, fit, styling details, and visual references are clear, brand-aligned, and ready for digital translation.
- Support the Senior Stylist with AI campaigns, digital, B2B, B2C, and brand marketing styling.
- Prepare garments for shoots by:
- Organising and steaming outfits
- Dressing models accurately
- Ensuring all products are shoot-ready
- Assist in styling looks on set, with adjustments to fit, shape, layering, and overall finish.
- Support seasonal styling direction, ecommerce styling guidelines, and approved product category styling.
- Help organise style-out sessions by:
- Preparing product rails
- Creating outfit options
- Supporting the selection of final looks
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Photography, Film, Retouch, HMU, CST, and Product teams to maintain a smooth studio workflow.
- Order, track, and manage samples for ecommerce and creative shoots, ensuring timely availability.
- Support the movement of product through the studio, maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency in every stage.
- Create and maintain line-lists, styling notes, and post-shoot documentation by season.
- Keep styling areas, rails, accessories, and shoot preparation spaces organised and efficient.
- Check product details before and during shoots to identify and address styling, fit, or quality issues.
- Provide retouch notes as needed to ensure final imagery aligns with intended styling and detail.
- Champion Superdry’s brand guidelines in every styling decision while integrating seasonal trends and product narratives.

- Proactively support the team through high-volume workloads, aiding tight-scheduled shoots.

Requirements
- Emerging fashion stylist with experience in areas such as:
- Ecommerce
- Studio
- Editorial
- Assistant styling
- or equivalent in a creative environment.
- Hands-on, confident supporting shoots, with a practical understanding of:
- Garment preparation
- Styling adjustment techniques
- On-set adjustments
- Passionate about fashion, product storytelling, and visual aesthetics, with an extremely discerning eye for detail.
- Highly organised, capable of managing both creative and administrative aspects of styling, including:
- Samples
- Rails
- Line-lists
- Shoot preparation
- eager to learn from senior team members, growing expertise in styling ecommerce, campaigns, and brand-driven content.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced studio environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, proactive, and approachable, with enthusiasm to step in and support wherever needed.
