We’re looking for the Junior Talent Agent to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of talent portfolios
- Liaising with clients, brands, casting directors, and production companies
- Coordinating bookings, schedules, and appearances
- Supporting contract administration and maintaining accurate records
- Researching and identifying new commercial opportunities
- Managing emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Assisting with social media campaigns and brand partnerships
- Building and maintaining strong industry relationships

About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong interest in the entertainment, influencer, and media industries
- Previous administration, sales, recruitment, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
