Our Talent Acquisition and Development (TA&D) team provides the effective and efficient solutions for Talent Attraction, Selection & Assessment, Performance Management and Development for BGC Group including all associated entities, across all levels of the firm. The role sits within a six-person in-house TA&D team.
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Talent Development Business Partner to support the growth and delivery of Talent Development initiatives across our business. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years’ experience in Learning & Development.
Talent Development & Learning Support Support the delivery of Talent Development initiatives across multiple business areas. Coordinate and support training programmes focused on professional, technical, digital, and AI-related skills. Help maintain and evolve structured training curricula and learning pathways. Support the administration and logistics of workshops, learning sessions, and development events.
Performance & Career Development Assist in the coordination of the performance management cycle, including communications, timelines, and reporting. Partner with HR and business leaders to support performance and development conversations. Help design and deliver training materials for managers on performance management and employee development best practices. Support initiatives that strengthen performance culture, employee engagement, and long-term retention.

Apprenticeship & Early Careers Support Assist in the management and optimisation of apprenticeship levy. Support utilisation of apprenticeship funding and learning investments aligned to business skill gaps and development priorities. Coordinate with training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure programme effectiveness and compliance where relevant.
Data, Reporting & Administration Manage and maintain learning records within Oracle Learn, ensuring data accuracy while producing training metrics. Maintain accurate learning and talent development records and reporting dashboards. Analyse learning and development data to identify trends, opportunities, and programme effectiveness. Support preparation of presentations and updates for senior stakeholders and leadership teams. Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and training spend management.

Skills / experience required:
2–3 years’ experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field. Ability to manage and build relationships with stakeholders at varying levels. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with data, reporting, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Desirable Experience using Oracle Learn or similar learning platforms CIPD/BPS Psychometric certification is desirable, but not essential Any other relevant HR qualifications
Personal attributes:
Proactive and eager to learn, with an interest in Talent Development and organisational learning. Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and supporting employee development. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with confidence working with data, metrics, and reporting.
