About the role:
Sixteenth is looking for a Junior Talent Manager to support the growth of emerging Creator talent while helping shape and build our new Creator Incubator Programme.
This role is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about discovering the next generation of culturally relevant Creators early, building meaningful relationships with them, and helping guide their development before the wider market catches up. Alongside managing a small developing roster, you'll work closely with the Talent Director to help launch and evolve a curated incubator-style programme for high-potential Creators who are not yet ready for full management, but who we believe have the potential to become category leaders.
The programme is designed to bring exciting emerging talent into the Sixteenth ecosystem through access, education, mentorship, community and strategic opportunities - creating genuine long-term value for Creators while building the future of our roster.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of talent at one of the leading global Creator management companies and the home of "good influence."

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
