Junior Technical Support Analyst – Outside IR35 Contract
Location
Canary Wharf, London (5 days onsite)
Rate
£250-350 per day (Outside IR35) - Open to permeant
Contract
9–12 months initially
We're supporting a leading global organisation in their search for a Technical Support Analyst to join a busy enterprise technology team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 3–5 years' experience in an enterprise IT support environment who's looking to broaden their exposure within a large, fast-paced organisation.
Working as part of a collaborative technology team, you'll provide operational support across a Microsoft estate, helping to maintain a high-quality service for users while supporting asset management, incident resolution and operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across Microsoft technologies
- Manage and resolve incidents, requests and service tickets using ServiceNow
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows and Active Directory environments
- Assist with hardware deployment, onboarding and asset management activities
- Support user account administration and access requests
- Work closely with UK and international colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the support function

We're looking for
- Around 3–5 years' experience in an IT Support Analyst, Service Desk Analyst or Technical Support role
- Experience working within an enterprise or corporate IT environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams and Active Directory
- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Experience supporting hardware, software and user accounts
- Understanding of ITIL principles would be beneficial
