📍 Location: Bahria Town, Islamabad (5 days/week, office-based)
🕐 Hours: UK working hours (parent company is UK-based)
🎓 Level: Fresh graduates to junior consultants (0–2 years experience) — no prior Dynamics 365 experience required
About Us
365 Rack Limited is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform consultancy delivering enterprise projects for clients including HP/Apogee, MTS/Protyre, and Greg Rowe Limited. Our parent company is based in the UK. We're growing our Islamabad team and looking for motivated fresh graduates who want to build a career in enterprise consulting on the Microsoft stack.
The Role
You'll work alongside senior consultants on real, live client projects — not internal tools or side work. Over time you'll get hands-on with:

- C# /.NET development against Dataverse (Dynamics 365 CE / Field Service)
- Power Automate flows and Power Platform customization
- SQL Server (stored procedures, triggers, schema design)
- REST API integration and Azure services
- Client-facing work: requirements discussions, demos, status updates
What We're Looking For
- A recent or upcoming CS/Software Engineering graduate (or equivalent) with a solid grasp of C#,.NET, and SQL fundamentals
- Genuine interest in the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) — prior exposure is a bonus, not a requirement
- Strong fundamentals over years of experience — we care more about how you think and learn than what's already on your CV
- Comfortable working UK hours, 5 days a week from our Islamabad office
- Good communication skills — you'll be talking to clients early on, not hidden behind a screen for years first

What's a Plus (not required)
- Any exposure to Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, or Dynamics 365
- Full-stack project experience (React/Angular +.NET backend)
- AI/LLM integration experience
- Experience working with international/UK clients
