As a Junior TechOps Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our flagship technology solutions to enterprise clients. Working alongside seasoned professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience with web technologies, client integrations, and product support—making this an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a global technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor client activity across TransPerfect's technology platforms; troubleshoot issues, respond to client queries, and escalate to engineering teams when needed.
- Assist the sales team in early-stage client engagements by gathering technical requirements and identifying potential solutions.
- Join client meetings and contribute to documenting technical needs and integration plans.
- Support the deployment of client solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) setups and web-based tool integrations.
- Maintain and update internal and external documentation on product features and client configurations.
- Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions on TransPerfect's tools and technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, and Production teams to ensure accurate delivery of client requirements.
- Gather user feedback and support efforts to enhance product features and usability.

Required Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or part-time work included).
- Hands-on experience via internships or coursework in software, IT support, or client services.
- Passion for technology, problem-solving, and working with clients.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and systems integration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating different operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Well-organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Bachelor's degree (or final year of study) in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SaaS tools, APIs, SSO, or software configuration.
- Experience or interest in localization or global software solutions.
- Comfortable working across time zones and in diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently when needed.
