About the Role
We’re looking for junior telesales agents eager to launch their sales career. This role focuses on selling tenant insurance to users of our platform in high volumes—ideal for building foundational sales experience.
No prior sales experience required! Our Learning & Development (L+D) team will train you thoroughly in sales, insurance and Goodlord products during onboarding.
Success isn’t just about sales figures. Your performance will also be assessed on activity, behaviours, and quality assurance (QA) pass rates. You’ll be rewarded under a newly structured commission scheme balanced across these combined targets.
