We are looking for a motivated Junior Tender Manager to support our global bidding team in developing competitive proposals and helping secure exciting offshore projects.
In this role, you will work closely with commercial, technical, operational, and legal stakeholders to coordinate tender submissions, support client communications, and contribute to pricing and commercial analyses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in commercial bidding and project acquisition within the marine geophysical industry.

What You'll Bring
- Degree-level education, preferably in a relevant discipline.
- Early career experience in commercial, tendering, project coordination, operations, or the energy, offshore, or maritime sectors.
- Offshore industry experience is highly valued, particularly within marine, geophysical, seismic, energy, or related operations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
