TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager
Sophie Society’s TikTok Shop team is hiring a Junior-Level TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager focused on building authentic relationships with affiliates and growing creator communities for US-based brands. The role requires hands-on engagement, strategic outreach, and community management within a remote work setup.
Daily Responsibilities
Affiliate & Creator Relationships
- Build and nurture relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates and creators across multiple US-based brands.
- Source and engage creators with personalized outreach messages (never generic or AI-generated).
- Onboard new affiliates, explaining:
- Brand details and product offerings
- Commission structures and terms
- How to get started and maximise conversions
- Re-engage dormant or inactive affiliates to reignite their participation.
- Negotiate basic commission terms and coordinate sample/seeding shipments with follow-ups.
- Track creator activity metrics, including:
- Videos posted
- GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) generated
- Views and engagement performance

Community Growth
- Grow and manage each brand’s creator community (e.g., Discord, group chats).
- Foster creator engagement through:
- Regular communications
- Monthly challenges and incentive campaigns
- Contests and shoutouts
- Distribute creator briefs to ensure alignment on content direction and promotion strategies.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate flash sales and time-sensitive promotions with affiliates (notification, briefing, activation).
- Maintain an up-to-date creator CRM/tracker.
- Provide weekly updates on:
- Creator activity
- Sample/shipping status
- GMV performance
- Collaborate closely with Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other cross-functional teams to align with brand goals.

Requirements
✔ Fluent, professional English (written & spoken) ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Native-level TikTok proficiency and familiarity with other social platforms ✔ Highly organized, able to manage multiple brands and workflows simultaneously ✔ Self-starter—comfortable with remote work independence ✔ Reliable internet connection with some daily overlap in US business hours
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Mandatory)
- 1+ year of experience as a community manager (a real differentiator!)
- Background in:
- TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, or influencer/creator marketing
- Managing Discord or similar creator communities
- E-commerce, DTC (Direct-to-Consumer), or Amazon brand strategies
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) — many teammates are LATAM-based
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Cruva, and Kalodata
