Responsibilities
- Assist in daily FOBO reconciliations for Equity and Fixed Income trades
- Support in identifying and flagging breaks for resolution
- Monitor exception queues and ensure timely processing
- Support confirmation processing and investigate mismatches
- Assist with instrument and client static data maintenance
- Manage Trade Support inbox and triage queries
- Investigate DK trades and escalate to the appropriate desk
- Monitor London Sales books and flag open positions
- Support FX exposure reporting and basic FX coverage queries
Qualifications
- Basic awareness of financial markets and securities is essential
- Competent in Microsoft Excel and office applications
- Exposure to Fidessa or Bloomberg is advantageous
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to follow processes
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable collaborating with colleagues across teams
- A curious mindset and eagerness to learn and investigate
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and manage priorities
- A collaborative and supportive attitude towards team goals
