We are growing our Concierge team!

This is a great entry-level opportunity into the travel industry.

We’re looking for a creative, organised travel enthusiast with high attention to detail and a passion for learning about the world, to help out behind-the-scenes across Jacada. This is a remote position and a perfect first step into the travel industry.

About The Role

As a leading luxury tour operator, we pride ourselves on the care and service that goes into our client experience.

As our Junior Concierge, you will play a vital role within the global Concierge team ensuring that our client-facing team can provide an exemplary experience for our clients during busy peak seasons. You will work behind-the-scenes, booking restaurant and spa reservations, researching upcoming events in key cities, updating travel documents, drafting emails and assisting with crucial administrative tasks, enabling us to offer our exemplary Jacada service to our clients across the globe.

This is an entry-level role with potential for great career growth in the travel industry. You will work closely with some of our most experienced and passionate staff.

We are looking for someone based in Johannesburg or Cape Town, but you will also work with our teams in Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. An open-minded attitude about how different cultures operate is essential.

This role is fully remote and you can work from anywhere with a quiet space, a desk and a strong WiFi connection. Your typically hours will be in your local time zone, but please note you will work closely with our wider team and there will be meetings a few times per week with the London office, who are on a local London time zone.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working together with our Concierge team handling client requests, details and administration post-sales.
  • Booking restaurant and spa reservations along with any additional requests and updating client documentation accordingly.
  • Recording data in our bespoke booking system and sharing this information with DMCs where necessary.
  • Updating client documentation for upcoming trips, which may include updating the pricing.
  • Keeping our database up-to-date with local events, newly opening restaurants and spa menus and all their details.
  • Establishing quick rapport with our international suppliers, acting as the friendly, efficient and professional face of the company.
  • Assisting with any trip changes or postponements, proactively and quickly seeking creative solutions.
  • Drafting emails for the team and generally jumping in to help during busy seasons.
  • Researching local events, restaurants, festivals, visa and entry requirements etc. to make sure we’re offering up-to-date information to Jacada clients.
  • Assisting with arranging ‘Magic Moments’ and Referral Perks, taking care of all the little details that make a Jacada trip so special.

  • Fantastic English language skills, both written and by phone.

Timeline & Logistics

Recruitment Process:

  1. 1st Stage: Introduction call
  2. 2nd Stage: A formal virtual interview hosted by the Client Experience Manager for Africa and another Client Experience Manager.
  3. Final Stage: A task stage with more information to follow.

Working Location: Remote (Based in Johannesburg or Cape Town)

Salary: Dependent on location.

Start Date: 28 September 2026

Closing Date: 31 July 2026 (subject to application volume)
