Junior Video Editor

Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Video Editor to support a performance creative agency producing paid social content for a wide range of consumer brands.

This role is focused on editing short-form performance creative from existing briefs, scripts, and creator-shot content. The editor will work closely with in-house creative strategists, account managers, and internal reviewers to turn raw footage into finished assets that are ready for client review and creative testing.

The ideal candidate should be able to look at content, make smart editing decisions that improve flow, and strengthen the final video based on their editing judgment. This does not require formal creative strategy ownership, but strong instincts for what makes a video more effective are important.

The editor must be comfortable working in a fast-paced feedback environment, handling multiple briefs at once, and turning revisions around quickly. Speed, flexibility, and quality of execution are all important to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

  • Edit paid social video ads from provided briefs, script sheets, and creator footage
  • Turn raw content into polished videos for internal review and client delivery
  • Use Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing tool
  • Apply strong editing fundamentals including pacing, flow, and color grading
  • Make cuts and changes that improve the strength and clarity of the final video

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
