Junior Waiter

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture.
You will have:
- A genuine interest in luxury hospitality and guest service
- Previous experience in a restaurant, club, or hotel environment is a plus
- Strong communication and a helpful, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Food & Beverage team
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional presentation
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
As a Junior Waiter, you will:
- Support the Food & Beverage team in delivering a seamless, high-standard service.
- Prepare sections and tables ahead of service with care and attention to detail.
- Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and courteous assistance at all times.
- Run food and drinks from the kitchen and bar to tables efficiently and accurately.
- Keep all service areas clean, polished, and well-stocked throughout shifts.
- Maintain excellent communication with your section waiter and supervisors.
- Learn menu items, key ingredients, and service etiquette to assist confidently.
- Uphold personal grooming and presentation standards consistently.
- Approach tasks with initiative, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
- Assist senior waiters in delivering memorable service
- Run food, beverages, and amenities accurately and promptly
- Keep sections tidy and prepped throughout service
- Follow hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
- Stay attentive to guest needs and relay requests professionally
- Learn service procedures and build product knowledge
- Contribute to a warm, discreet, and polished guest experience
