Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for eCommerce and a desire to kickstart your career in website administration?
We’re looking for a Junior Website Administrator to join our head office team in Camberley, the hub of our online operations. This is a starter role within our eCommerce team, where you will work alongside other Website Administrators to ensure the accuracy and performance of our website. Reporting to the Technical Website Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play an essential part in delivering a seamless online experience for our customers.
As one of the UK’s leading retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories, Infinity Motorcycles operates 17 successful retail stores alongside a thriving online platform. We stock over a hundred top brands, including Shoei, Arai, Alpinestars, and Rukka. With over 25 years of experience, we are a trusted name in the motorcycling community, and our online presence is critical to our continued success. What you'll be doing
In this hands-on role, you will join our website admin team, responsible for maintaining the website's accuracy and performance. You will work across various functions, from managing product data to managing our customer loyalty scheme. Your responsibilities will include:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Taking ownership of product setup, from creating new products and assigning categories/tags to managing stock levels and deactivating discontinued lines.
- Content & Imagery: Handling product images, including editing, cropping, and uploading high-quality assets. Enriching product pages by adding video content and lifestyle photos.
- Loyalty Scheme Administration: Managing the Club Infinity loyalty program, including reviewing customer accounts, processing points, issuing vouchers, and handling direct customer communications regarding the scheme.
- Website Enhancement: Assisting with the development and implementation of site features such as colour swatches, comprehensive size guides, and product tagging to improve the shopping experience.
- SEO Copywriting: Writing and optimising product descriptions with a focus on search engine performance to drive organic traffic.
- Website Maintenance: Performing general upkeep and troubleshooting on our Magento-based platform, as well as identifying and correcting errors in pricing, descriptions, or imagery.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual eager to develop their skills in a supportive team environment. You will be comfortable managing your own workload and happy to collaborate with our close-knit Online team. If you have a logical approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office packages (Excel, in particular).
- Strong organisational skills with a great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Skills
While full training will be provided, experience in any of the following areas would be an advantage:
- Previous experience in website administration, eCommerce support, or a similar IT-based role.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop) for image editing.
- Experience working with Magento or a similar CMS platform.
- A keen interest in motorcycles or the motorcycle industry is a plus, but not required.

About the role
- Hours: 30 hours per week (09:00 - 17:00), across any 4 days from Monday to Friday.
- Location: You will be based in our Camberley office (above our store), our central hub for online operations.
- Salary: £12.71 per hour
