Junior/Midweight Graphic Designer

π§ Reports to: Head of Creative & Art Direction
π· Salary: Β£27,000 - Β£30,000 DOE
π Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
π About the Role
Our agency partner is an award-winning independent creative agency with over 15 years of experience delivering standout creative work across sport, FMCG and fashion. They're passionate about creating work that makes an impact and are now looking for a talented Junior/Midweight Graphic Designer to join their growing creative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across an exciting mix of brands, helping to shape both the agency's own marketing and a diverse portfolio of client work. You'll collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams, creating engaging designs across digital, print and retail channels.
From campaign creative and social content to e-commerce, marketing materials and print collateral, you'll support projects from concept through to final artwork while continuing to develop your creative skills in a supportive, collaborative agency environment.
IMPORTANT: This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic agency environment. You'll be managing multiple projects, working to tight deadlines and collaborating across a busy creative team. If you enjoy variety, momentum and seeing your work out in the world, you'll fit right in.

- Design creative assets for seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand initiatives.
- Create digital content for social media, paid advertising, email marketing, websites and e-commerce.
- Support the creation of retail graphics, POS materials, event branding and environmental graphics.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
π Campaign Delivery
- Support projects from concept through to final artwork across a variety of brands and industries.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative output.
- Assist with presentations, pitch decks and internal communications.
π€ Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, marketers and the wider creative team.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas and support the development of campaigns across multiple channels.
- Keep up to date with design trends, emerging creative tools and developments across fashion, sport and streetwear culture.
π What We're Looking For
- Around 2 to 3 years' experience within a creative, brand or marketing agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign and multi-channel creative work.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Experience creating assets across digital, social and print.
- A solid understanding of typography, layout, branding and design fundamentals.
- Organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality creative work.
- A genuine interest in fashion, sport, lifestyle and contemporary culture.
