Job Title: Justice Team Leader
Salary:
£27,077 to £31,500 plus amazing benefits, 35 hour week Monday to Friday - FTC until Feb 2027 however there are lots of contracts/bids to be confirmed very soon re Continuing the contract
Location:
Northwest based remote with travel to meet with Mentors around the NorthWest including Cumbria, all travel expenses paid from home.
About the Role:
To cover Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria in community and custodial settings
The Team Leader plays an important role in the enterprise leading, motivating and developing a team of operational colleagues to achieve the financial, social and cultural outcomes of their area of the enterprise. Ensuring your team are engaged in their transformation journey and that our clients values are lived and breathed.
- Leading, motivating and developing colleagues to enable them to provide high quality services and sustain a positive culture.
- Ensuring KPIs whether externally mandated or internally generated are monitored and achieved.
- The creation of positive relationships internally and externally with emphasis on identifying and connecting all stakeholders in any situation.
- Ensuring robust governance of their teams activities including risk management and quality assurance.

About You:
- Are you a confident and effective leader with an inclusive and collaborative style and the ability to inspire, coach and motivate others?
- Are you a creative thinker, able to identify process improvement and create solutions to achieve?
- Do you have a track record of developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships which directly impact on achieving positive change?
- Highly proficient in the use of Office 365 and other software packages?
