Justice Team Leader
Justice Team Leader – FTC until February 2027 (Extensible Contracts Available)
Salary: £27,077 to £31,500 per annum (plus outstanding benefits) Hours: 35-hour week, Monday to Friday (Flexible Term-Time Contract until Feb 2027 with future contracts/bids confirmation)
Core Responsibilities
Geographical Coverage: Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria (community and custodial settings) Location: North West-based, remote with travel (home-based flexible with daily/weekly team/field work) Website: All travel expenses covered, with autonomy to manage your own diary—e.g., work from home on Mondays/Fridays, with face-to-face client/team meetings in Preston or field settings.
Key Duties:
- Mentoring, operational management, and providing 1-2-1 support for colleagues.
- Setting and tracking KPIs to ensure financial, social, and cultural goals are met.
- Team leadership: Engaging staff in transformation initiatives, embodying your organisation’s values in everyday management.
- Developing a collaborative, inclusive culture, fostering stakeholder relationships, and managing risk/quality assurance.
- Quarterly team leader meetings to exchange best practices and collaborative learning.
