Job Description What You’ll Be Doing Collaborating with business users to define new application requirements. Developing, testing and maintaining clean, performant code for client applications. Supporting project delivery alongside Project Managers and Senior Engineers. Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver solutions on time and on budget. Analysing large-scale time-series data and generating actionable reports. Mentoring junior developers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on kdb+ development experience. Solid understanding of q language and time-series data structures. Experience working in Unix/Linux environments. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with software development methodologies and the SDLC. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent client-facing communication skills. Experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking is advantageous Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with AI tooling (Claude, Co-Pilot) Knowledge of Python, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or other time-series databases. Exposure to project leadership or people management. Contribution to internal tools, documentation, community initiatives. Additional Information Why Join Data Intellect?
