Your Opportunity
We are expanding our Trade Marketing team and are seeking a Graduate Trainee to support our initiatives for UK, Nordics & Netherlands based in London.
How You Will Contribute
Support the Trade Marketing team in executing trade promotions—spanning visibility, incentives, and category management, ensuring seamless execution.
- Trade planning execution: Delivery of visibility, promotional initiatives, and category management strategies.
- POP materials management:
- Monitor availability and inventory.
- Facilitate regular shipments to retail stores within designated budgets.
- Sell-in materials prep: Assist sales teams and In Store Specialists with visual merchandising assets.
- Reporting & analytics:
- Develop reports and provide analysis to track and promote trade marketing projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for the In Store Specialist team—understanding their operational needs and providing critical documentation.
- Event & training support: Contribute to liaising with stakeholders to organise trade events and in-store training programmes.
- Graphic design:
- Design assets using industry-standard tools (Adobe InDesign/Photoshop) for in-store and online visuals, maintaining global branding standards.
- Collaborate with print agencies to check artwork accuracy.
- Ensure brand visuals remain aligned with global guidelines and copyright requirements.

Who You Are
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Language skills: Fluent written and spoken English.
- Additional languages: Dutch or Scandinavian proficiency will be valued.
- Design skills: Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Soft skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal & communication abilities.
- Proactive, hands-on, team-focused problem solver.
- Autonomous, results-driven, brand-conscious.
- Creative, inquisitive mind with a passion for fashion and luxury industries.
