What You'll Be Doing
As National Sales Admin Assistant, you'll play a key support role for our National Key Accounts Team, helping keep things running smoothly for some of our most important customers. Day to day that means:
- Managing and coordinating backorder reports across customers, branches, and suppliers
- Supporting customers with admin queries including proof of delivery requests and invoice issues
- Providing general support to the Key Accounts Team where needed

What We're Looking For
You don't need a stack of experience, what matters most is the right attitude. We're looking for someone who:
- Communicates confidently with customers and colleagues
- Is willing to learn and take initiative
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
It'd be a bonus if you have some experience in a customer-facing environment, good IT skills (Google Workspace or Microsoft), and a basic understanding of spreadsheets, but these aren't essential.
