Job Title: Key Account Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes
Work Model: Hybrid
Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and delivering an outstanding service? If so, we're looking for a Key Account Advisor to join our existing Client Services Team based in Milton Keynes.
This is a hybrid position which will require 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
About The Role
As a Key Account Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our key account strategy, providing expert support, anticipating client needs, and working collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in building and strengthening relationships with our most valued clients, delivering exceptional support and proactive account management.
Working closely with Key Account Delivery and Commercial teams, you'll act as a trusted partner, driving client satisfaction through seamless communication and the coordination of services.
This role involves managing multiple Key Accounts across the EMEA region which includes the complex scheduling and coordination of assessment days to drive effective and efficient operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Provide proactive account support to ensure exceptional service delivery for nominated Partners and Key Account clients.
- Deliver effective client support for nominated Managed Accounts through efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of audit activities that drive customer satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of assessment delivery by identifying, resourcing, and booking assessors to deliver audit days.
- Accurately input new customer and application data into CRM systems and coordinate with clients to schedule new business assessments.
- Maintain responsive and professional communication with all clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Participate in Key Account client meetings and address client feedback to drive client satisfaction.
- Process certification requests including issues, reissues, and cancellations.
- Ensure all tasks and account activity are recorded accurately and within agreed timescales.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience of working within Client Services, Key Accounts or in Account Management.
- A solid understanding of certification processes, operational procedures, and governance requirements.
- The ability to manage complex client situations and operational resource challenges.
- The ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and providing solutions.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise own workload.
- Experience of using CRM systems e.g. SAP, Salesforce etc.
- Skilled in using MS packages e.g. Excel and Outlook.
- A strong command of the English language with additional languages preferred.
Salary
The annual salary for this position is up to £33,000 per annum; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, candidate competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
