Purpose Of the Role:
You will play a crucial role in Key Account Management Administration, ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers and developing strong, lasting relationships. Managing both customer service and system administration through internal DACHSER platforms, you will support business growth by efficiently handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key account administration and provide exceptional support to outbound customer service operations.
- Onboard new customers and nurture ongoing relationships to develop the business.
- Administer shipments and operations using internal DACHSER IT systems.
- Maintain high-quality standards while managing group inboxes and responding promptly to customer needs.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee system administration tasks to support efficient logistics processes.
- Meet deadlines and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactively communicate any shipment issues or deviations to customers using event management systems.
- Accurately record and document all activities to support quality control and reporting.

The Ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrates a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Organised and able to multitask efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with system administration and internal logistics platforms.
- IT literate, confident in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and quick to adapt to new software.
- Previous Logistics experience
- Knowledge of customs processes, and import/export procedures is a plus but not essential.
