We're looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join a high-performing Defence team supporting one of the UK's most prestigious clients, that we at Matchtech have had the pleasure of working with for several years.
This is a unique opportunity for a successful consultant who loves delivery and relationship management but is ready to play a bigger role in developing others.

- Delivering quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process
- Building candidate relationships
- Supporting and mentoring team members
- Acting as a role model for recruitment best practice
Approximately 80% of your time will be spent delivering roles, with around 20% focused on coaching and supporting colleagues.
Who we're looking for
You may be:
- An experienced 360 Consultant looking to move into leadership without the pressure of sales targets and BD activity
- A strong Delivery or 180 Consultant already mentoring others and ready to gain formal leadership experience
- A proven recruiter with excellent client and candidate management skills who enjoys helping others succeed
