Key Account Director - Defence
London Victoria - Onsite

The Role
As a Key Account Director for Defence, you will lead the charge in this high-stakes vertical, navigating C-suite relationships to deliver sophisticated treasury and hedging solutions. The Defence industry operates on long-term cycles, massive capital outlays, and intricate global supply chains, and your approach should reflect this. You aren't just hitting targets—you are a role model on our London floor, mentoring the next generation of talent and setting the gold standard for how Ebury dominates the market.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Origination: Identify and onboard Tier-1 prospects within the Defence and Aerospace sectors.
- Solution Architecting: Move beyond "spot trades." You will sell complex FX hedging strategies, cash management, and trade finance solutions tailored to long-cycle defense contracts.
- C-Suite Navigation: Build and leverage high-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors, understanding their specific budgeting and risk appetite.
- Sector Advocacy: Act as the internal "Defence Expert," providing feedback to Product teams to ensure Ebury’s roadmap remains the best-in-class for this sector.
- Excellence in Execution: Maintain a rigorous pipeline via Salesforce, ensuring a culture of data-driven sales and superior relationship management.
