A well-established international organisation, recognised for its credentialed learning solutions within financial services, is seeking a seasoned and extrovert commercial leader to drive growth across APAC markets. Backed by a respected global brand and long-standing relationships across banking and financial institutions, the organisation is also investing in AI-enabled capability to evolve its product offering.
This role works closely with management and HQ, suited to a mature professional who enjoys networking, and can operate as a strong deputy to the business - driving commercial growth while supporting overseas expansion.
Responsibilities
At the heart of this role is the ability to deepen and grow a portfolio of key relationships across banks and financial institutions - understanding their evolving workforce capability needs. You will represent a solution suite spanning credentialed blended-learning programmes and simulations through to emerging AI-enabled capability and assessment tools, working closely with experts to bring the right expertise into each conversation.

Beyond account stewardship, you will identify and develop new opportunities within your network and adjacent institutions, owning the full sales lifecycle from initial conversation through to proposal and close. You will maintain strong pipeline discipline, contribute market insight to support regional growth, and play a role in shaping go-to-market strategy across key markets.

Requirements
This role suits a commercially driven B2B sales professional with a strong track record selling into banks and financial institutions (FSI/ BFI), and an established address book within Singapore or other key Asian markets. Relevant backgrounds include financial services learning, risk and compliance, HR technology, data and research, or advisory services. You are extroverted, confident networker who converts complex conversations into commercial outcomes - and equally, someone credible and collaborative.
