About Junior

We're building cutting-edge LLM-powered tools to supercharge the investment research process for private market investors. Our clients include several of the world's top 10 private equity and consulting firms, and are responsible for investing billions of dollars annually. We're a profitable, bootstrapped company with a growing team of 49 based in London and NYC. We 10x'd our revenue in 2025.

Role Description

Junior has established itself as the go-to AI platform for commercial due diligence teams at the world's leading consulting and professional services firms. We already serve CDD teams at firms like BCG, EY, and PwC - and now we're ready to go much deeper.

We are hiring Key Account Directors to own and grow our most strategically important accounts. This is not a portfolio role. You will own a single major account - a firm you already know inside-out - and your mission is to expand Junior from a CDD tool into a platform used across the entire organisation. That means opening doors into new business lines (strategy consulting, tax, transactions, advisory, and beyond), building executive relationships, and 5-10xing account value.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, customer success, and account management. You are the face of Junior inside your account. You will be the person who understands the firm's structure, politics, buying processes, and pain points better than anyone else in our company - because you've spent years working there.

As a Key Account Director, you'll have the unique opportunity to:

  • Own a single flagship account end-to-end - you are the CEO of your account, responsible for revenue growth, retention, expansion, and executive relationships
  • Expand Junior beyond CDD into new practice areas and business lines, identifying where our solutions solve real workflow problems, knowledge management challenges and output generation needs across the firm
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with Partners, Managing Directors, and C-suite stakeholders, positioning Junior as a strategic platform partner rather than a point solution
  • Develop and execute an account growth plan that will 5-10x our accounts, with clear milestones and a pipeline of expansion opportunities
  • Act as the voice of your account internally, working closely with Product and Engineering to shape our roadmap around the specific needs and workflows of your firm
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles for new products - from identifying new use cases and building internal champions, through procurement and legal, to deployment and adoption
  • Coordinate large-scale rollouts of new Junior solutions across new teams and geographies, ensuring successful adoption and measurable impact
  • Travel regularly to client offices (UK, Europe, US) to maintain face-to-face relationships and drive engagement at all levels of the organisation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

We're looking for a Key Account Director who:

  • Has 8+ years of experience at or selling into one of our target accounts (BCG, EY, PwC, or similar Big 4 / MBB firms), with deep knowledge of the firm's organisational structure, decision-making processes, and strategic priorities
  • Has an existing network of senior relationships (Partner / MD level and above) within the target firm - you can pick up the phone and get meetings
  • Has a track record of growing large enterprise accounts or driving significant commercial outcomes
  • Understands consulting and professional services workflows across multiple business lines - not just CDD, but strategy, transactions, tax, advisory, and operations
  • Is a strategic thinker and a doer - you can develop an account plan and also run the meeting, draft the proposal, and close the deal
  • Is comfortable with a heavily commercial, results-driven role - compensation is structured with a significant revenue share component tied to account growth
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to command a room of senior Partners and translate complex product capabilities into business value
  • Has a strong product instinct - you can identify where AI tools can transform workflows and articulate that vision credibly to senior stakeholders
  • Is entrepreneurial and thrives in ambiguity - this is a new function at a fast-growing startup; you'll be building the playbook, not following one
  • Has an active interest in AI and thoughtful opinions on how it will reshape consulting and professional services
