Key Account Sales Executive
π London | Full Time | Office First
The Key Account Sales team helps established merchants discover payment solutions that make running their business simpler and more efficient. Based in our London office, you'll manage the full sales cycle, working closely with a collaborative team focused on growth, commercial excellence, and building long-term customer relationships. If you're motivated by owning your pipeline, closing new business, and making a real impact, this role is for you.
π― What you'll do
- Identify and engage small business prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
- Build trusted relationships by understanding merchants' needs and recommending the right SumUp solutions
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that turn interest into long-term customers
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to closing new business
- Track pipeline performance, share insights with the team, and continuously improve sales execution

- You've gained experience in outbound sales or business development and are excited to build a long-term career in sales.
- You're confident speaking with customers and enjoy high-volume outbound prospecting.
- You're naturally curious, resilient, and motivated by achieving ambitious targets.
- You're an excellent communicator who builds trust and understands customer needs quickly.
- You're comfortable working from our London office in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
