About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to lead the day-to-day management and growth of our partnerships within Beauty retailers — some of the UK’s most influential premium retailers. This is a role for a commercially sharp, data-driven individual who thrives on ownership and accountability. You will drive performance, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure Dyson is executed “Best in Class” across every customer touchpoint.

Note: This role requires 2 days traveling to Malmesbury office & 1-2 days to London office per week.

About the Role

Supporting the Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) to deliver sustained, profitable growth across the channel in all areas of the Dyson portfolio.

  • Own forecasting, planning, and performance tracking against clear commercial targets
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities across range, category, and retail activation
  • Help build and execute joint business plans through data and insight to unlock mutual ambition
  • Be the trusted day-to-day contact for our retailers' buyers and stakeholders across (Commercial, Logistics, Marketing, Finance)
  • Build strong, credible relationships based on insight, clarity, and delivery
  • Influence decision-making through data, proposition strength, and commercial logic
  • Ensure Dyson is flawlessly represented across in-store and online environments
  • Help lead promotional planning and execution with Senior KAM support
  • Drive availability, visibility, and conversion through rigorous performance management
  • Optimise product performance across retailers' digital channels with support of Retail Activation team
  • Partner cross-functionally to elevate content, merchandising, and customer journey
  • Execute launches and key trading moments with precision and pace to the high standards set by Dyson and beauty retailers
  • Analyse performance data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Translate insight into clear, actionable plans to support Senior KAM
  • Continuously refine forecasts and strategies based on real-time performance

About You

  • Experience managing retail or national accounts, ideally in a premium or technology-led brand
  • Strong commercial instinct with the ability to manage and influence P&L performance
  • Confidence working with data to inform decisions and challenge thinking
  • Proven ability to build credible, lasting customer relationships
  • High attention to detail with the drive to execute at pace
  • A proactive, ownership mindset—you see what needs to be done and make it happen
  • Team player and collaborative
  • “Can do” growth mindset
