Key Account Manager
Key Account Manager (covering the Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth, Royston, Sudbury, Colchester area)
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working field-based, visiting customer sites/our offices, and also remotely.

Here Is More About What You Will Be Doing... Spending a part of your time 'on the road', you will be the key point of contact for our customers covering Suffolk and surrounding areas. These companies are incredibly varied, coming from a range of different industries and backgrounds. You will be working closely with these customers, looking to identify their challenges with a view to providing them with top in class solutions, taking your portfolio to the next level. You will also work to:
Identify and target revenue potential within your portfolio. Producing robust business plans that exceed sales and profit targets. Building a detailed understanding of the customers, markets, and competitors. Maintain and upkeep accurate customer records. Building coalitions across the business to support the delivery of sales targets including with the internal account managers.

What existing skills and experience will you need to be successful in this opportunity? Experience in a field-based sales role with account management responsibilities and exposure to working to KPIs and targets. You are open-minded, possessing the ability and wiliness to embrace change. Someone who takes a solution-led approach to their work. You possess a proven ability in strategic thinking and planning. You are an excellent relationship builder. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Any Salesforce CRM or B2B experience would be a bonus! And of course – a driving licence is essential!
