Your mission

As our new Key Account Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening relationships with our property owners while driving commercial performance across our portfolio. You'll combine commercial insight with a proactive approach to help owners maximise occupancy, revenue and long-term success.

Working closely with Owner Services and cross-functional teams, you'll identify opportunities for growth, resolve complex commercial challenges and deliver an outstanding owner experience that supports both retention and business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and grow relationships with a portfolio of property owners.
  • Use commercial insight to improve revenue, occupancy and performance.
  • Support new property onboarding and portfolio growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver the best owner experience.
  • Proactively manage retention and identify commercial risks.

Who we're looking for

You'll thrive in this role if you're commercially minded, enjoy building lasting relationships and are motivated by delivering results. You're comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams, and you're confident balancing owner needs with business priorities.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in Key Account or Account Management.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, organised and customer-focused approach.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and resolving challenging issues.
