About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join a growing, market-leading business that supplies innovative clean-up solutions for Trade and DIY customers across the UK and international markets.

Our client is an ambitious, fast-growing business with a portfolio of award-winning brands. They are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Leighton Buzzard.

The Opportunity

As Key Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for sales growth, new products, and introductions.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Service, and Business Development, playing a critical role in ensuring the company remains the supplier of choice for its customers.

This is a varied yet impactful role with a mix of autonomy, customer interaction, and the chance to make a significant commercial contribution. While based primarily in Leighton Buzzard, occasional travel will be required to visit customer locations as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
