The Opportunity:
Nigel Wright Group is delighted to have been retained by a high-growth repeat client, that provides goods not for resale, to large corporate FMCG clients. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high profile clients in the Nordics. The role will be UK based and would suit someone based within easy access of Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Edinburgh or Heathrow Airports.
There will be regular travel to spend face-to-face time with key clients. The pattern would likely be travel Monday morning, come back Friday morning, 2 of 4 weeks some months, and occasionally 3 of 4 weeks some months. This is a rare opportunity to develop international commercial experience and would suit someone on the upward trajectory, perhaps circa 5 years into their commercial career.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
