Key Responsibilities:
Account Management – Grocery, High Street, Discount Channels & Distributions
- Supporting the CCO to:
- Manage the P&L for Tesco and others
- Develop and deliver annual Joint Business Plans (JBP)
- Identify and unlock new distribution and promotional opportunities
- Drive revenue, profit, and market share growth

International Distributor Management
- Supporting the CCO to:
- Manage and grow relationships with international distributors
- Identify and onboard new partners
- Set sales targets and KPIs
- Support distributors with training and go-to-market strategies
- Monitor performance and ensure brand alignment
Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with buyers and distributors
- Act as day-to-day point of contact
Commercial Execution
- Support CCO with:
- Price and terms negotiations
- Promotional plans
- Analysis of sales and performance data

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Ensure forecasting accuracy
Expertise & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business (preferred)
- 3+ years' of Sales experience in an FMCG brand or international distributor management (preferred)
