Key Account Manager

Job Purpose and Impact
The Key Account Manager will drive strategic growth, build trusted customer partnerships, and deliver sustainable commercial results in line with Cargill’s values of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a customer‑centric, fast‑paced, and purpose‑led environment.
Key Accountabilities
Own and expand strategic key accounts Develop and execute account strategies and business plans that deliver profitable growth and long‑term value. Act as a trusted advisor, building deep, credibility‑based customer relationships.
Deliver strong commercial performance Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue growth, and margin goals. Apply value‑based selling and disciplined execution to drive results.

Build customer‑driven business plans Create tailored account plans aligned with customer objectives, market dynamics, and Cargill’s portfolio. Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify risks and growth opportunities.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration Coordinate internal teams (sales, supply chain, technical, customer service) to deliver value‑added solutions. Champion a one‑team mindset to consistently meet customer commitments.
Influence product, pricing, and service strategy Leverage customer insights to shape product development, pricing strategy, and service excellence. Bring the voice of the customer into commercial and strategic decision‑making.
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities Partner with leadership and peers to develop new markets, categories, and customers within your territory. Support innovation and business expansion initiatives.
Operate with autonomy and accountability Independently manage complex commercial challenges with sound judgment. Escalate only the most critical issues, balancing risk management and customer trust.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the Food Service domain. Showing a growth mindset, be result driven and having excellent communication skills. Excellent English language skills. Other minimum qualifications may apply
