Key Account Manager – Frasers Group
As Key Account Manager – Frasers Group you’ll be responsible for specific categories within the group (SportStyle FTW & APEQ) – driving profitable market share growth within these specific categories.
An energetic self-starter with a proven sales record and strong commercial background, the work you do will play a major role in realising the business’s broader financial objectives and distribution strategy – enhancing perceptions of the ASICS brand globally.

We're looking for a talented, proactive and influential salesperson with a genuine affinity for the sports and leisure industry to join our team as a dedicated account manager for Frasers Group.
As a true people-person who enjoys travel, you'll be tirelessly customer-orientated, combining excellent listening skills with powers of persuasion to build and maintain a strong, strategic relationship with this key account. You'll be responsible for understanding Frasers Group's evolving business needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive mutual growth and success.
This role requires weekly travel within UK and occasionally Europe plus regular visits to our UK Head Office in Warrington. You will be reporting to our Sales Manager Frasers Group.
As Part Of The Role You’ll
- Lead and drive development of the ASICS brand within Frasers Group and ensure consistent implementation of our sales strategy across their entire estate, maximising penetration across their Sports Direct, Flannels and premium retail channels
- Make weekly contact with Frasers Group stakeholders to review sales performance, orderbook status and identify commercial opportunities across their multi-channel platform
- Manage pre-order intake twice per year, working collaboratively with Frasers Group's buying and merchandising teams to secure optimal seasonal commitments
- Execute pre-determined marketing activities and sales campaigns within set budgets, ensuring ASICS brand visibility and prominence across Frasers Group's retail touchpoints
- Provide realistic and accurate forecasts on Frasers Group's performance and ensure their compliance with commercial agreements through bi-weekly, quarterly and long-term planning cycles
- Run strategic sell-in meetings, create compelling seasonal product assortments and develop go-to-market plans that leverage Frasers Group's unique multi-channel strength, working in conjunction with our Marketing and Merchandising teams
- Become an expert in Frasers Group's business model, understanding their diverse customer base, channel dynamics and commercial priorities across Sports Direct, Flannels and premium retail
- Work closely with our Customer Service and Finance teams to deliver exceptional account management and ensure seamless operational execution
- Analyse sell-out data and market trends across Frasers Group's channels, spotting seasonal opportunities and driving in-season optimization
- Monitor the competitive landscape across the UK SportStyle market and EMEA sporting goods distribution sector, reporting on competitor activity and proposing strategic actions to grow ASICS market share and sustainable business development with Frasers Group

What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years’ relevant working experience & minimum 4 years preferably within Sports, FMCG.
- Full, clean, driving license.
- Experience of managing Frasers Group.
- Proven sales and listening skills, with a keen interest in sports & leisure.
- University degree or other commercial background.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Advanced IT skills, including MS Excel and PPT.
- Reporting skills and analytical
- Advanced negotiating skills
- Confident presentation and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to travel and to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
