Ready to make your mark? Join a global leader's UK expansion!

About Sievo

We are Sievo. A Finnish-born, global-leading procurement analytics SaaS company, and we’re officially opening our doors in London. For years, we’ve successfully built and served the UK market remotely from our Helsinki HQ, but now we are entering our next growth chapter. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our UK team and be at the forefront of this expansion.

Does client success make you tick and operating in the global arena of the CxO’s of the world excite you? Now you have the opportunity to make an impact in the big leagues! As the first Key Account Manager of our London office this is a chance to shape our local presence and leave your mark – with the full backing of an over 20-year-old, global procurement analytics SaaS leader.

Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on:

  • Account management: You’ll have full commercial and contractual ownership of a dedicated portfolio of about 15-20 enterprise accounts. You will be leading your own client cluster to drive client success, ensuring the customers are happy, while also focusing on where the highest value is.
  • Driving growth & retention: You’ll have ownership of your accounts from upsales and retention perspectives. You will be driving our growth by ensuring that we meet and go beyond our clients’ expectations as well as grow their use of our solutions.
  • Influencing decision-makers: You’ll guide CxO’s and key decision-makers, and act as a trusted advisor for them.
  • Collaboration: You’ll work in close collaboration with the UK leadership and Helsinki-based Account Management organization while being supported by other functions globally.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Procurement knowledge: Prior experience working with procurement solution providers, or other procurement experience is essential at this stage of our expansion.
  • Commercial acumen: You have a solid understanding of sales processes, account retention, and how to deliver long-term value for clients, along with the ability to identify and pursue new expansion opportunities.
  • Relationship building: You excel at building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with global clients and thrive to exceed client expectations. You’re not afraid to find and get to know the right people – you’re able to navigate complex organizations to find the relevant key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Impactful communication: You possess fluent communication skills in English and excellent presentation skills enabling you to convince senior stakeholders in Procurement, IT, ESG and Finance functions.
  • Organizational skills: You have the ability to stay ahead across a portfolio of accounts, balance competing priorities, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Tech-driven mindset: You are tech-savvy, and a quick learner of new software and technologies. You’re able to transform that knowledge to solution proposals for your customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
