Location: Field based, UK
An exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow pharmacy accounts within the FMCG Health and Beauty sector. You will deliver profitable growth, build strong customer relationships and coach Pharmacy Business Managers to strengthen account performance across the division.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver sales growth in line with budgets and forecasts
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Build multi-level relationships with key stakeholders
- Coach Pharmacy Business Managers to drive performance
- Negotiate pricing, promotions and budgets to maximise ROI
- Analyse sales data and provide accurate forecasts
- Identify new business opportunities within pharmacy channels
- Maintain CRM records and ensure regulatory compliance
About you
- Proven Key Account Management experience in FMCG, ideally Health and Beauty or pharmacy
- Strong track record of delivering profitable growth in B2B environments
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems
- Passion for developing others and driving results
