UK wide role with real autonomy, national accounts and board level access.
This is a senior fleet sales role where scale, influence and commercial depth actually matter. You will be trusted to shape strategy, not just execute it, working with some of the largest fleet operators in the country. The remit is broad, the conversations are grown up and the impact is very real.
If you enjoy complex negotiations, long term partnerships and selling value rather than price, this is the sort of role that rewards experience. It suits someone comfortable operating nationally, building policy level agreements and driving profitable growth through smart, joined up solutions.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of customers and winning large, nationally based fleet contracts with long term commercial value.
- Negotiating at director level on policy agreements, service models and supply frameworks.
- Driving profitability through a national service partner network, focused on premium products and whole life cost strategy.
- Using data, analytics and integrated solutions to strengthen customer relationships and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll need to bring
- A proven track record in senior B2B or fleet sales, ideally within tyres, automotive or commercial vehicles.
- Strong commercial acumen, including cost management, forecasting and P&L understanding.
- Confidence operating at board and director level with the credibility to influence policy decisions.
- The ability to work nationally, manage complex stakeholders and turn strategy into results.
