Senior Sales Representative – East Midlands
Fixed-term contract until end March 2027 (strong likelihood of extension)
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive the continued success of an already-launched product. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and business growth.
Territory: East Midlands
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to build on the early momentum of a product launch and help shape its long-term commercial success. You’ll collaborate across functions with market access and internal teams to secure and maintain formulary inclusion whilst maximising product uptake across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive exceptional sales performance for an established launch product
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders
- Work closely with market access, medical, and marketing colleagues to align commercial and clinical strategies
- Secure and sustain formulary inclusion across key accounts
- Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets
About You
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
- Formal accreditation with the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI-qualified) – essential
- In-depth knowledge of the UK healthcare system and formulary processes
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude, capable of working effectively cross-functionally
- Based in or accessibility to cover the East Midlands effectively
