Key Account Manager – Neuroscience (ADHD & Epilepsy)
Territory: South West UK
We’re partnering with a growing specialty pharmaceutical & medical device company with a strong and expanding CNS portfolio. This hire will play a key role in driving the success of ADHD and Epilepsy brands across the South West.
This is a true Key Account Manager role, combining sales delivery with market access responsibility, working across primary and secondary care to improve patient access and outcomes.
The Role Manage a defined territory across the South West, driving sales and account growth Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to regional and national objectives Build strong relationships with key NHS stakeholders across ICSs, Trusts and primary care Deliver value-based conversations to support optimal positioning and uptake of products Identify and influence key decision-makers including payors, clinicians and service leads Support local market access by shaping pathways, guidelines and formulary inclusion Work cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access and Marketing teams Use data and insights to prioritise accounts and maximise opportunities

Requirements ABPI qualified is preferred Proven pharmaceutical / medical device sales experience as a KAM or Senior Med Rep Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare environment and NHS structures Experience engaging with primary and secondary care stakeholders Demonstrable success in delivering against sales targets Strong commercial mindset with the ability to manage a territory as a business Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
