Key Account Manager

Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Company Overview

My client is a well-established and growing manufacturing business supplying specialist products to customers across a range of highly regulated industries. Renowned for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service, the business works with clients both in the UK and internationally and continues to invest in its people, products, and long-term growth.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to join their commercial team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of key customer accounts, building long-term relationships while ensuring projects and customer requirements are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Working closely with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Procurement and Finance, you'll coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring excellent communication throughout the process. The role also offers the opportunity to identify new commercial opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
