7-Month Contract
π° Β£32.69 per hour PAYE + 14.54% Holiday Pay
We're partnering with one of the world's leading technology companies to recruit an EMEA Partner Account Manager to support the growth of its online consumer devices business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Amazon Retail account management experience and a background in consumer electronics, mobile technology or retail partnerships. You'll play a key role in driving the commercial success of a portfolio of market-leading consumer hardware products, working cross-functionally across regional and country teams to execute strategic promotions, maximise sales performance and strengthen one of the company's most important retail partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and manage the commercial relationship with Amazon Retail across the EMEA region.
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal trading plans in collaboration with regional and local market teams.
- Deliver annual and quarterly account plans, ensuring alignment with wider commercial objectives.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and Product teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional activity.
- Analyse sales performance, identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.
- Support forecasting, inventory planning and business reviews.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders within a fast-paced matrix organisation.
- Drive operational excellence across key trading periods, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For
- 2β5 years' experience in Account Management, National Account Management, Key Account Management or Partner Management.
- Previous experience managing Amazon Retail as a key customer is essential.
- Experience within consumer electronics, mobile devices, consumer technology or a similar retail environment.
- Strong understanding of retail promotions, commercial planning and online sales channels.
- Experience working across regional or EMEA markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using sales and performance data to drive commercial decisions.
- Comfortable working within a complex, matrix organisation.
