The Impact You'll Make
Step into a role at Danfoss Climate Solutions where you will drive the growth of commercial heating solutions across London and the Home Counties, working directly with developers, main contractors, local authorities, housing associations, and mechanical and electrical consultants. You will be the trusted advisor who brings value-added system solutions to key stakeholders, helping them solve complex heating and cooling challenges while expanding our project pipeline and market presence. This is not a desk job—you will be out in the field, building relationships, specifying products, and delivering technical expertise that makes a real difference.
Working independently from home, you will have the autonomy to shape your territory and the support of a collaborative team across Danfoss. You will deliver product trainings, influence specifications with consultants, and work closely with building management system contractors and specialist merchants to grow our footprint in the commercial heating sector.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sales growth of commercial heating solutions by increasing volume, value, and margin in line with agreed targets, while expanding the project pipeline through strategic relationship-building
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, main contractors, local authorities, housing associations, mechanical and electrical consultants, and building management system contractors
- Specify Danfoss products to mechanical and electrical consultants, providing expert product selection, dimensioning, and technical application support tailored to customer needs
- Deliver product and application trainings including continuing professional development sessions, seminars, and workshops to educate and engage customers and partners
- Collaborate across Danfoss divisions, sharing knowledge, sales leads, and best practices to create integrated solutions and drive growth across multiple platforms

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
