Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager, Diagnostics

Location: North of the UK (ideally based in Lancashire, Leeds, or the North East)

Key Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop, achieve, and maintain business growth and market share through exceptional sales execution.
  • Manage intricate decision-making processes and multiple stakeholders with agility and strategy.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth.
  • Transform sophisticated diagnostic solutions into powerful outcomes for patients and clinicians.

  • Recognition (e.g., President’s Club or Circle of Excellence) that demonstrates your excellence in your previous roles.

Minimum Requirements

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biomedical, business, or marketing discipline.

Experience:

  • Deep passion and grounded expertise in science.
  • Sustained track record of driving and achieving strong business results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proven experience selling innovative diagnostic solutions.
  • Ability to navigate changes in the diagnostics landscape.
  • Top performer in previous roles with associations like President’s Club or Circle of Excellence.

Competitive base salary of £45,000 – £60,000 per year, with commission-based earnings increasing your OTB (On-Target Earnings) to £67,000 – £90,000. Performance beyond targets grants even greater earning potential.
