Key Account Manager – Workwear Industry (UK)
Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and creating growth opportunities? Do you possess a proactive approach and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively? About the Role
Your role as a Key Account Manager will be to drive sales growth by developing key relationships with distributors and identifying end-user sales opportunities while promoting MASCOT’s added-value services and solutions.
A Glimpse of Your Future Role
- Work closely with the UK Sales team, distributors, and senior management to develop strategic business plans for key accounts.
- Manage a sales pipeline, plan activities efficiently, and collaborate to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Play an integral role in product presentations and represent MASCOT at trade exhibitions, maximizing opportunities for MASCOT’s products and added-value services.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a successful sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Plan and execute product presentations.
- Represent MASCOT at exhibitions.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a proactive, “can-do” attitude and a strong passion for business development.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Has a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers.
- Has a strong understanding of the distribution process and sales channels.
- Is skilled at identifying business opportunities independently and solving problems creatively.
