Key Account Manager

Key Account Manager – Workwear Industry (UK)

Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and creating growth opportunities? Do you possess a proactive approach and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively? Would you like to be part of an international team working on innovative solutions within the workwear industry?

About the Role

Your role as a Key Account Manager will be to drive sales growth by developing key relationships with distributors and identifying end-user sales opportunities while promoting MASCOT’s added-value services and solutions.

A Glimpse of Your Future Role

  • Work closely with the UK Sales team, distributors, and senior management to develop strategic business plans for key accounts.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, plan activities efficiently, and collaborate to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Play an integral role in product presentations and represent MASCOT at trade exhibitions, maximizing opportunities for MASCOT’s products and added-value services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a successful sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers.
  • Plan and execute product presentations.
  • Represent MASCOT at exhibitions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a proactive, “can-do” attitude and a strong passion for business development.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, key accounts, and customers.
  • Has a strong understanding of the distribution process and sales channels.
  • Is skilled at identifying business opportunities independently and solving problems creatively.
